One thing I've learned in my life is that there are no adults. People might act mature and all that, but if really knew what they think (etc.), then you'd see that there's no such thing as growing up (you can grow up partially, but you can never come that person who you consider to be an adult when you are a small child).
That's my point of view anyway, I hope future will prove me wrong.

Maybe I just have too high expectations for "adults".

Anyways don't try to grow up too fast. Being free and independent to do whatever you want, doesn't have to be necessarily a good thing. Sooner or later, you'll always miss your adolescence's time.

I'm only 18 and I might obviously be wrong, but the older you are the more responsibility you have.

Right now I cannot understand why you're trying to prove or to realize if you're really an adult or not. Just act as you think you should do, normally.

taking it seriously, i dont really want to grow up.. i'll be 17 now and that fucking shocks me ... time goes so fast, i always had this "age problem", even when i was 15 i thought that im too old and that i'd like to be a kid(11) again to troll etc. now, i dont know what i was thinking.. 1 more year and i'm... 18, THE FUCK.

You finish high school at 19? When I turn 19 I'll be finishing my 3rd year in college and going onto the 4th. But I guess you'd do some college-type work (and get equivalent qualifications) during the same time period.

And there isn't an age limit on trolling, I mean since when do trolls think about how others view the troll while they're on the prowl? My older brother is 25 now and he has a troll Facebook account. Not even his girlfriend knows his alias is him.
