Dear Zaibatsu Corporation, I must inform you I got permanently banned from LVP. I tried to kill a player who used /minigames and didn't lose health on ship (if he hadn't been using /minigames, I'd have just killed him and accepted my punishment as a 2 minutes of jail, instead of that I recieve a ban because of shooting [by shooting I mean TRYING TO KILL HIM ON SHIP], WHICH MEANS I WILL BE PUNISHED ALREADY WITH A JAIL, NOT WITH A BAN (compare it to drive-by: You drive-by and kill someone with it, you'll get punished IN-GAME with a punish-menu; or  you'll drive-by someone to low-health and gain advantage of his health, it's punishable with a ban.). Normally I would've  not shot anyone on ship to lower his health to gain advantage, I would've killed them on ship and accept my punishment; at these circumstances I  wasn't able to do any damage to paused/minigames players and as much as I wanted to kill them (even if I would've got jailed [which i'd have accepted it AS A PUNISHMENT], I got double-punishment {jailed (sorry, not truth, I didn't get jailed because I didn't kill a player on ship since he was paused and didn't lose any health) AND banned} ], where I couldn't do any damage to them since he/they was/were abusing /minigames/pause command.

I have no complaints about LVP admins/mods /management and I wish you all the best!



Can any admin change as this startpost would be editable by [NB]Moss / Low_Carbon. And if it's possible, can you make him as the gang-leader ingame too.

That's the most idiotic decision I've seen in over four years. Permanently banning a player for shipshooting is just way over the top. Seriously LVP, a good year and a half ago, several crew members complained about how admins (where I was a part of back then) had to ease up on the rather insane ban-lengths that got dealt out to players. It seems now nothing has changed at all. Sirmo has been a player on this server since 2007, if not earlier, and is as much as a part of LVP's history as any other 'oldskooler' out there.

I doubt this post will change anything about it, but I'm just stating that I (and probably tons of others) think this decision is over the line. Breaking an extreme rule as cheating should always result in a ban, but breaking a simple rule as shipshooting, which gets broken over a hundred times daily by half the players in this server, should never get a ban as punishment. A kick is enough, and even that is already on the maximum in my opinion.

well, as far as i know he's banned but not permbanned, it doesnt make sense.
