Okay, first of all, i'm not crew, therefore I can't put PM logs, and since I got kicked, I wasn't able to scroll up, so if possible can you copy/paste #LVP.echo logs from 10/1/2011 ? Anyhow, here's what happened.

I was near the ship, walking around, then I saw that jerico killed a guy and I didn't see it on the kill list, from that point of view I realized I was whitebugged. So I asked in admin chat if I could get a fix to see if I'm really whitebugged so that I can /q and come back. While waiting for a response...jerico decided to shoot me, then the bullets went through me, and then I get a pm saying "Dont abuse minigames command, or don't esc abuse" then after some arguing, I get something like "hey listen to me little kid, then some other flaming and some other flaming" then when I say something like get your fucking facts straight, I get kicked for flaming crew...

In the future, when  you need the chat-log of your most recent sa-mp session, Look in your windows partition and the follow this path: [tt]\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP[/tt], here you should find a file named [tt]chatlog.txt[/tt].
We will of course use out own logs when dealing with reports.

Now for your report. I have discussed this report with jerico more then a week ago and the first thing I noticed is that your story did not match up with his.

You started of asking him for a fix, with a valid reason.
Unfortunately jerico did not see it as he was playing at that moment.

Next off jerico notices you are white bugged and sends you the following pm: "you better stop that".
After jerico explains what he meant by that you must have figured out he missed your fix request, so you say: "i just wrote something, did u see it?"
Jerico inquires to the validity of your new line of conversation: "what has that to do with the fact you were unhittable"

So you reply: "i said fix me" and add "that means that im bugged". Requesting a fix does not necessarily imply you are bugged.

So jerico sais: "No it doesn't mean that" and adds "you were perfectly walking".

If you would have been less difficult about this and just re-sent your old message or would have more clearly explained, but instead you disagreed and corrected everything jerico said, causing the conversation to stall.

At this point you start to put jerico's intelligence into question and also start telling him what to do.

Also you lied about staying stationary, so jerico said: "You did move"
So you stick with the lie and reply: "are you blind?", "just fix me" and "and we're done here".
At this point the conversation had been dragging on for a while and jerico was completely fed up with how difficult you had to be, so he snapped: "what the fuck?", "You better shut up, little kid." and "You were walking around and shot me.".
I think this was also because you kept sticking to the lie and getting you to explain what happened started to seem like a waste of time due to your difficulty.
So he kicked you for all the cumulative insults that were exchanged over the last few minutes and your unwillingness to cooperate.
This was not the best choice as he also sweared and you did not, so I understand why you are complaining about this kick

Breaking the rules is wrong, no matter how excruciatingly annoying a person can be! Losing your temper should never be an excuse to break the rules. Sadly we are humans.

So I have discussed this behaviour with jerico and explained my vision on the matter.
And I am happy to report, that jerico agreed with me on this: The swearing was unnecessary and probably happened because of the frustration this conversation invoked in him. At he point it was clear to jerico you already asked for a fixed and minutes later, when it was also clear the fix was related to the same issue as the conversation, the conversation had already turned into a fight.

So to prevent conversations to turn into fights, he is going to be more strict. He could have just warned you not to talk down to him and to cooperate and, if needed kicked you from the server halfway your discussion, for insulting his intelligence and refusing to cooperate.
If you think such a kick would be unfair, then try to answer the question of a crew-member when he accuses you of abuse, instead of avoiding the questions.

Also I am happy to report to have seen improvement in jerico since I discussed this with him.
I hope you have  noticed the same.

The other quotes you posted are from an irc discussion that happened later on. I'm not saying they are irrelevant, but they are minor offences compared to, and resulted from, the swearing, that could have been prevented if he would have been more strict instead of replying to all your messages.
