The new place where players stand during selection seems pretty cool.

Orrrr.. make the server stunt, if you want to fight join an FC, or make fighting areas? Something like that.

Also need to remember the trademarks, ex: the ship.

True, but for now I don't think we have enough maps to make it only a stunt server.

That's why we have a mapping team.

I like where this topic is going. I think what we first need to do, is make something that is "noob friendly". Perhaps I will refer to this topic about a more user friendly interface. What I think we will also need, is more features to accommodate the needs of different players. I really like Pedro's idea of having a room that has 2 doors; I think that's really user friendly. However, having different worlds and such might get boring and confusing, like xBlueXFoxx mentioned. Yet, it would be nice if we could still incorporate that idea. Maybe we could ask a question to new players like "What kind of player are you?", with the two doors, and once they walk through one, they can be presented with an option to view a tutorial focused on their selection, or to just jump right ingame. The spawn locations can be set around which option they select, maybe we can have a place on the map with different vehicles, stunting features, etc. Also, as some of you already mentioned, a player that registers should have a few mil added to their bank accounts, and ingame registration is a must. Nobody wants to leave a server to register; however there could be a restriction where your session time has to be x to use /register, or something along those lines. As Holden said, we need to also lighten up on rules a bit, but this isn't the place to discuss that. I think once these things are done, what we will need is a way to get the LVP name out there. We need some marketing/campaign ideas that work. This is all I can think of for now :P

I also don't like the idea of making two separate worlds, one for stunters, and one for DM-ers.
The main reason why I didn't use the /map zone was the fact that I couldn't communicate with people in the main world, and mostly there was nobody else there either.

Quote:- At the stunt world, non-english could be allowed in the main chat or if not, mix the main chat of both worlds.

I don't know if that's possible, but it could be a solution.

I've been checking some servers with an high player count (200+) and honestly I barely see someone stunting. I mean, they indeed have over 200 people online and most people are stunting at stunt zones, but you don't interact with them at all, they're at different places.

The only situations which you might see more poeple at the same time, is when they fall off the map and they have to teleport themselves again to the beginning  of the map.(It mostly happens at high zones.)

However this situation doesn't happen at zones like the airports that are full of stunting objects and there you might see more people around.

But yeah, I might be wrong though.

The only problem as I already stated is the zones which you'll be allowed to /vr or not, should be limited, since it should be allowed only at the stunt zones. (not your case since you're admin :P ) Surely if you're going to permit the /vr usage everywhere the DM-ers will not appreciate it too.

So another solution could be at least forbid the /vr usage at the gang turffs or basically at the whole LV.

Even if you're not considering about having 2 different worlds, there could still exist a room to help new players find out what they are exactly looking for.
The only different is they would spawn at the normal LVP game mode or at the stunt zones, according to their choice.

What is it that we do with the rest of the map? Nothing. Perhaps we can have *some* stunt zones in the main world, and have guns stripped out in those areas so DM'ers don't go to stunters for easy kills? Also, we should have a house system, where people can buy houses. There are plenty of them in the map, I would imagine...

You people don't seem to realize that the server still needs to be LVP. Most of these functions have been here 2-3 times longer than most of the people suggesting to make new ones or get rid of them.

It won't be LVP with some more stunting and RP features?
