LS Elevator

Most of you have seen the LS elevator ingame already by now. If not go checkout the office building in LS.

This is going to be implemented into the gamemode in the next version. But it's a little... bare inside.

Go decorate it. Do what ever you want to it. Add a giant "Jay pwns" for all I care 

Team work is the key here. There are 19 floors, Pick a floor each instead of one person doing the whole thing!
