I'm not sure if it applies to all weapons. The guy who made the video (it was some turkish player, dont know which one exactly) only showed the deagle. Also, if their using modified strafe speed it would show up on their screen as well...maybe not as sliding, but they'd look as if they were gliding or w/e. And the crosshair one only happens if u edit the range of your weapons and i think accuracy as well.

Sadly, in this game videos doesnt really prove anything anymore (With the exception of obvious cheats like v0gelz). And those who claim to be clean players just by frapsing can suck my dong
