He has one, the smoke particles if I'm right use black coloring in the smoke as an alpha. (transparent) Nvidia cards have a harder time than ATI cards to process this effect, if I'm correct he has like a GTX460 some something, so get some info before speaking.

I never had that problem on my hd5750 or my old 7600gs. I only heard people with that problem getting it from ancient graphics cards. So they use a low-res mod. So i do have info.

oll: Are you the new forum idiot or something!? The GTX 460 is better than both of those tbh. Even on a Crossfire 5990 with a 4ghz hexicore, you're chances of above 120FPS on SA:MP are pretty damn slim, as for GTASA single player that is an entirely different story. But grab any car in the game and do a burn out, move your camera down into the smoke and if you say you do not get an insane FPS decrease then I'm saying you're full of shit. Go try it then come back.

yea the gtx 460 is better than a hd5750 so why is it not able to handle a bit of dust if its the 2nd-3rd best graphics card going

I do do that and my fps doesn't lower, i only use 34fps. Didn't have that problem with my nvidia 7600gs either. Same with noobs that lag when smoke comes up from sand or off walls in interiors because of caveman graphics card. They solve it by installing a mod that removes all smoke.

didnt see  topic about dust  but i saw one about "the dark road ahaid", maybe that will boost the fps? Also look in google under a program called "game booster" and under "regedit", that maybe helps too? (btw Jerico, roflmfao, was it from bolland&bolland?)

I tryied that you said Bluefox and my FPS didn't drop so much just 7 FPS From 25 to 18. However when i drove past the ship(many things happening, fight or something, when I'm fighting) It dropping to 7 From 25 (kinda scary)
