[Idea] More RPG

Hi all!

I'd like to see (even) more RPG in the game.
Right now all you can achieve is getting a lot of money, which is not very hard^^

It would be cool to achieve more things like:

• Respect Points (By kills / playtime / reaction test etc)
  
• Unlock-able stuff (After getting respect points unlocking new weapons / properties / cars ? Or maybe even bullet proof cars if that's possible)
  
• Reduced Tax when reaching higher level of respect points
  
• Buying Properties that don't earn you money but other things (Maybe a gang territory?)
  
• In addition to the previous point: Challenging gangs for their properties + territories in battles. (Like the 1on1 minigames there are now)
  
• Adding Respect Points or Gang Points to gangs (more points gives the possibility to add more members)
  
• Gang members stay in the gang when offline and gangs keep existing even if everyone is offline + auto join gang on connect. (if this is all possible)
  

Well, thats it for now.
I hope some of these ideas are actually use-able and do-able ^^!!

Idea's are nice, and most of them are already on the LVP 3.0 dev list

Im not sure about the ideas, LVP is getting too complicated IMHO, but i am a fan of RPG

I must say I am a real RPG-dude, it makes the gameplay fun and you don't get bored that fast.

@benbmyers: what do you mean complicated? the more things you can do the longer it will take before you get bored on the server.

I see a couple of nice featurs in Spaik's post and I am pleased to read that most of this will be implented in LVP 3.0. I also hope that the gameplay I wrote before (not public and in Dutch) will be overlooked and considered for implementing.

Well Deaken, when i first came on LVP, it was just, buy weapons, buy props and fight!. Thats what i llike, but i am tiring of all this gang stuff, so from a non violent player point of view, i can kinda see these ideas getting better

Introduce a cop minigame, so they can go after people with a wanted level, and instead of busting them into jail (eliminates DM), take something from them.

That would rock.
