Everything looks totally different! A lot more colored, I already checked my saturation and shit. Why does it look totally different in that pic?

It's promod and it's a filmtweak. It's an option allowed in that mod.
If you have promod installed as a mod, run it. Then, press B, followed by 5, and then press the "Filmtweaks" option.
Usually, the colour you'll get won't be that nice, but, you are able to adjust it. Press the ~ key, and type "/r_filmtweak* R G B A" in there. R G B A represents RED GREEN BLUE ALPHA. You can shape the colours the way you want. I know my sky's blue, but it's blue on every map. That is a skinmod. You can just google those.

Here, I'll give you a head start in trying:

bind F1 "^0PROMOD^2!;r_filmtweakEnable 1;r_filmtweakContrast 1.4;r_filmtweakLighttint 1.3 1.3 1.3;r_filmtweakDarktint 1.3 1.3 1.3;r_filmtweakDesaturation 0;r_gamma 1;r_filmtweakBrightness 0.05"

Add that string in your config_mp (if you know what that is ). You can edit the key to anything you want, as long as it isn't in use.
People have asked before if it wasn't possible to do this stuff in the regular Cod4, but unfortunately, it isn't.
