I still recommend him to build one, cause i wasted like 550$ for mine and it prolly runs GTA IV on medium/low settings.

For a quite cheap, but still proper gaming PC:

HD Radeon 4850 1 gig
Quadcore i5
4 gig DDR3 Ram

Just so you guys know, Xtra isn't looking for anything expensive, nor will he be building his own PC. His budget is probably around £400, and to answer Dan's question; he's from Scotland.
