I googled for "GTA SA Soundtrack list", here are the hits. The first includes most/all radio stations and the songs.

If you have the original copy of the game, then usually there is a list of songs in the little book you get in the CD case, but not sure if there is.

His name is Weezy and almost everything about Lil Wayne is fake so no way would he have the original with the booklet.

There was a program to convert SA Radio files to MP3, but i need to search for it. I'll edit this message if i find out.
