The cameras ARE there already, and there are huge screens all over the stadium, so I think that has nothing to do with it. It was a very clear offside, which the line judge must have seen, and they had a nearly 1 minute long discussion with the main ref, but he took it as valid. It's a funny coincidence because ref's italian, and Argentina and Italia are pretty close historically talking. <- Not saying, however, that he's just helping Argentina cause he's italian, but it's a possibility.
