I uderstand Calvin that if you are in the stadium the horns may be great...but on TV its just a constant loud annoying sound with no pitch changes as you would experience if you where there in person. I'm sure I'm not the only only complaining since broadcasters are setting up. and indeed paying large amounts of money to set up live feeds that don't have the constant annoying sound.
I'm not a big football fan, I don't follow any teams, but I follow it on a national level, i.e countries, so the world cup is a interest to me when most tournaments are not, and sorry, the horns are just excessive noise pollution that after 10 minutes annoy me and after 15 give me a headache. I'm in the 'they're ruining the tournament' camp.
Havn't been able to watch a match since it started, but that will change once the nice normalish live feeds are set up.
As for tonights match, I didn't watch obviously but I'm glad North Korea got a goal. Only reason being I'm concerned for the players and their families wellbeing based on their performance. Poor bastards.
