When TEF's on, people behave normally, and even Admins fear him (as stated by the Great Zezima) and the server gets more activity of a night (including more Admins).
Now TEF's "gone", Admins don't feel much of a need to come online as they used to, and same for the players who were on when he was. Well, I've been here for 1.5 years, I guess that credits for something..anyway the change you are talking about is irrelevant since HE IS GONE. So, just talking about that doesn't make anything go better.
A little example of a similar thing:
Fate - if it exists you can't do anything to change it, things just happen how "the higher power" (God or whatever) has made them happen for you.
So, if you believe that fate exists, you don't need to talk about it since - it doesn't matter, no positive or negative results will show.
But, if you believe that it doesn't exist, also discussing about its non-existance is unimportant, since - when it's not there, you don't need to waste your time discussing about it.
