With the right pressure, water can be a liquid at pretty much any temperature. As the pressure of water rises, it's freezing point lowers. That's why they believe there is liquid water under all that ice on Europa, despite it's low temperatures.

err, i fink u missed my point, but yes, ever heard of water vapor? and H2O is the substance we call water, har har. when those two little hydrogen atoms attach themselves to that big ol oxygen atom, that's when they make water~

and ice is the frozen solid form of a liquid, NOT reserved specifically for frozen water. It used to be ICED cream. because the cream . . . is iced . . .
