[S] Adrenaline Pill

A couple of months ago I was on the B&A server looking for something fun to do until Darkfire showed me a pretty neat item called the adrenaline pill. This pill lets whoever touches it the ability to walk in slow motion and fire bullets in a really slow motion. I was wondering if it was possible to get this pill onto lvp and maybe create a minigame for it? Here's a pic of the pill incase you don't know what it looks like.

Best be in a minigame, because if its like in the ship, and a lagger gets who can already 8-shot, they'll 16-shot.

As I said on IRC yesterday, maybe a minigame or a vworld. If it would be a vworld, it should have a few of those pickups and you can just fun around.

They're quite rare in the SP, but yeah, they're there
they were way more common in GTAIII and VC though
