Nah, its easy to get them up and running.
Just take out the old PSU and your current graphics card out and remember to unplug all the PSU cables from everything and then put your new one in the slot where your previous graphics card was then when the graphics card is in re-plug all the plugs onto everything using your new PSU.
Then when you're done get the drivers disk in your graphics card box and install that and you should be done.
If your still not confident enough then just watch some videos on youtube or something seeing thats what I did before building my computer.
PS. What graphics card did you get?
