This GTA SA modification is truly something fantastic and a must have for all of you die hard Grand Theft Auto gamers! It will improve all visual effects within the game.


The mod includes the following:

- Transparent Water (improved)
- Wind system (now effects are effected by wind)

- New Rocket Launcher aim
- Plane icon when you fly

- New sparks effect (When a bullet is hit on some surfaces)

How to install

- If you haven't already downloaded the mod, do so now.
- To make the installation of the mod easier I recommend you use the latest version of the GTA mod installer, SAMI.
- Find the location of the mod in your hard drive using SAMI. Import the ZIP/RAR file to SAMI and press continue.
- From there, SAMI will handle everything, replacing the existing files with the new modified ones.

(For any other help regarding SAMI you may check out Jerome's guide, although it does fail considerably. )

Done! Run GTA SA/SA:MP and check out all the cool new visual effects. If you've got a moment to spare, please post some screens of the mod in action! Thank me later

The only problem I've discovered is the new weapon effects (added smoke) causes lag. Other than that, GTA/SA:MP runs normally.

I have the shittyest comp ever, and with this mod i hardly lagg whatsoever. Allthough I in fights get some lower fps due to the gun smoke. But with all the really cool new effects it feels worth it.

that GTA Mod Installer can suck my dick, is telling me i gotta have .NET Framework 1.1 installed. FFS, I even got  .NET FrameWork 3.5 + Update installed.
