Well, do I really have to explain? They prolly just left SA-MP or LVP.. They can re-apply if they ever get back.. Why do you want people in your clan who are never on?

Most people have an Inactive Section of the start post, so those that aren't playing for a set amount of time for explained or unexplained reasons, go there, not out of the clan.

I just don't think inactive people gotta be in a clan. If they decide to come back they can re-apply.
