OS: WinXP Professional 5.1 SP3 (Build #2600)
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3200+, 2.00 GHz, 512KB
Video: ATI Radeon 9600/9550/X1050 Series (1280x1024x32bpp 60Hz)
Sound: Realtek AC97
Audio Memory: Used: 632/1024MB
Free: 2.81 GB/48.83 GB

That's what I have right now. I know, far from great.

Now, what I would like to hear, what should I upgrade? What's the most important?

Please help me out as I don't know about this stuff myself.

You have a S939 AMD board. They discontinued their S939 products over 2 years ago so your basically going to be stuck with building a whole new computer. Even if you do find a S939 X2, its going to cost a lot for that CPU and more RAM to go with it. It wont be worth it since you will be investing in a very dead format. Also, i believe your motherboard does not have any PCI-E, which means it would not be possible to upgrade your video card to anything good. An Intel C2D with a P35 motherboard and DDR2 ram will cost very little, so i would say it would be worth it to build a whole new C2D comp

Its probably an 80GB hard drive that's partitioned.

As graphics card, I would suggest you get Nvidia. Either 9800, 9800+ or GT 280 series. I'm getting 9800+ once I have collected the money. And without a doubt you should get more RAM. 4GB will do and higher, if you can afford.
