a friend of myn say that he has more tjhen 150mil on his bank account is that right or not./..?

Wrong. 10 hours = 1 pluspoint. 20 hours = 2 pluspoints. Do the math.

didn't even know about them before

anyways, as n00ne says, you can request a pluspoint every 10 hours of ingame time you have
to check your total ingame time type /mystats while ingame or !players yournickhere on IRC in #LVP

Because you flame all the time. Your behavior has an impact on whether you get pluspoints or not.

I got max + points for helping out admins with something, but before that I got 1 every 10 hours.
