Nope, it ain't completely finished yet  I heard that it probably ain't gonna be on until the beta version is Final.

I am guessing that ramp spawning thing is the "ramping server" ?? not been on there, its always full

I had a very funny bug with the train, I was driving it, and their were some passengers in, and then, when someone came near the train, the whole train exploded. This happened every time. So when we drove through LV, where all peope were, the whole train was constantly exploding. So noone was able to board/leave the train, without (almost) dieing.

Omg lol , every 5 seconds the train blows up , haha  this must have been hilarious 
anyway , there are alot of cheaters at Peter's server, but the stunts with ramps are sooo nice  i just can't wait till public beta ain't beta anymore, and 0.2 is final , so we can play LVP 3.0 style

Did you report it Fireburn? cus thats the point of this beta testing to get rid of the last few bugs
