WOW, lol that seems like a hell of alot or work. I reckon what you coulddo is tiedown THC and Tomozj to a chair and keep them running the server 24 hours a day. Then every other admin could come in game more 
Also i think THC and Tomozj would look sexy tied up in black leather.

On Topic: Making a server is alot of dedication and takes alot of time. It's liek all things in life, if you want it to be good you have to put time, money, tears, blood, sweat (semen) into it. :p
