[Complaint]Idling

Someone keeps removing my postsĀ  :X

I agree, fully.

I agree with Jay indeed. It is just a stupid anti-get-player-in-server option. I didn't see any server with such an option. And we have enough player slots to have it. If you don't allow idling, you just hunt away players. Which is almost always stupid (in this case it is defenitely!!!0!

Lol I could foresee my post getting deleted.

Perhaps its time the auto-kick was removed?
#24
Who's deleting posts? I like the auto kick; it keeps people from tempting others to ship shoot at them.

i saw two idling kicks today with 39 players online = 37 players

If you get kicked for idling in /pause and for idling while not /paused, then you might aswell just idle on the ship without /pause, you'd get money then. But yesterday I got caught 2 times by it. One for replying to something and checking forums and other stuff, and one for going down stairs and taking too long to come up and move around. You could make it 30 mins, or if the server gets full, auto-kick those being idle for 15 minutes.

agrees if the management can do like this....

idle will not hit anybody...

please do something..

thank you

*Major Bump*

Is anything ever gonna get done about the auto-kick for idling? It's still bloody annoying and we never get a half full server unless we have an event.

Also, my previous post in this topic was apparently my first ever in the forum :)

I'm all in for the removal of the idle-kicker.

Exactly, nice idea Jay, I totally agree.

Edit: I just was outside talking with my mom getting some cash, when I came back I lost all my weapons -.-

Good timing with the bump! The idle kicker was recently extended to support trains which makes it even worse :X

Considering the amount of agreements, I'm going to create a topic to discuss this in the development boards.
