Personally, the hardest person in all of sa-mp for me, as of now, its DrVibrator (in 4shot, anyway).
I guess that means I should vote for him, but the day I'll vote for an NB is the day I'm yet another boring man, ay! So I guess I'll vote for QUIPT, as HaZe is no champion fighter! (lol)
