45 fps nub and i dont play in lvp just cws in BB server and A/DÂ they dont effect on my fps.

45 is enough for WW anyway but it might affect his HB. Bet his FPS spikes like hell

@Hunter: tbh mods effect your hb even if you have a good pc. I always played with an unmodded version till 0.3a, where I started to use a shitload of mods cause I found my gaming experience cooler in that way(i have a really good pc too, so i didn't have any fps problems). But when I duelled, especially in ww, people were always complaining about my hb, and I myself noticed I was really hard to hit. So I took them all away, now I use only weapon skin mods, and I haven't got a complain ever since. That might not be your case tho, just saying
