In Latvia :(

Had 2-3 mounth ago 180kb/s download 30kb/s upload but then incrised 2x from that what ppl leaves OSTKOM :D
Wierd that it lies ive have 300kb/s download wtf  and 60kb/s upload should be that internet is fucked :(

The best i like is 15 ping xD

cost OF internet 7.40ls= 1 ls = 5LT  36.30LT somthin like that    the best internet in OSTKOM-Liepaja 23 LS = 115LT but download speed 8000KB/s + to call guy what set internet + 50LT
