From my point of view,It's absolutely one of the biggest alterations happened to SA-MP.In comparison with the previous version I can say that 0.3z is an advantage for newbies.However I believe,provided that you make no concessions on yourself,you won't have any problems with killing newbies.

people have made MTA for skin-shot, i play it when i get tired of lagging. But let sa:mp be true sa:mp, lagshotting is its all beauty and pleasure. Otherwise, you can always install MTA
