$167,50 is the current bid, not the actual price. I'd be nice if you could buy it for 200$ or so though.
And the guy seems pretty legit, he does have a couple of negative ratings from the past, but idk lol. I don't have any experience with ebay, my brother has alot of experience though and he always received the product he bought

Like Dominator said, people always put their prices low at first to get people interested. It's at $202.50 now.
