EA are releasing another free game in the Battlefield series. From what I can tell, the game looks a lot like BF2... but I just got my BETA key about 3 minutes ago, and am currently downloading Firefox to be able to play (doesn't support Chrome

Played it alot this morning. It's not perfect, as it's only in beta, so yeah it's a bit rusty.

Is it truly completely free?
I was in the BF: Heroes Beta, and we were given loads of 'battlefunds' to buy clothes and stuff, but after the beta ended, we lost all of that stuff and basically every player looked exactly the same because noone wanted to buy anything D:

At the moment it's just a bare game, but I doubt it'll be completely free once it's finished. Knowing EA, they're probably introduce a shop of some description.
