I tried different irc servers, still didn't work. Anyone else having these issues or know how to solve it?

It happened to me once. I remember that I had shuted down the computer while mIRC was running.
I reinstalled mIRC and it was fine.

I had a problem when irc didnt connect, shitman said that I should restart my computer and it should fix it and it did.
