"This" has just been happening after the car mods...
My pc is fine, can handle every single game with a very good fc with high resolution n all
but the problem is from that stuff to load, its very disturbing.. i cant even see the road

This is doesn't answer to your problem, but if I was you I would remove all the mods, since you had some problems about lag, and your ping jumped too much, I don't know if the mods are the cause, but I would do it anyway.
