Parkour - Bloodst3r - 09-24-2010
Heya folks
Yesterday me and my friends were thinking about learning parkour, then we started searching where we can learn that, how much time it would take us to learn some good tricks and much more stuff, then finally in few days hopefully I will start learning parkour, I think it would take me at least about 1 / 2 years to be at the advanced level, however if someone learned that before, or have any advices, videos, tips or whatever, please feel free to post here !

Nope. Parkour is using your environment to get around quicker. Free-running is more to do with tricks, and showing off. So basically most of the videos posted in this thread are Free-running, not Parkour.
