There's this file " User Track " in GTA San Andreas User files
I thought I'd put some songs there then listen to them in game, but doesn't work?
I'm wrong maybe?

enable it in your settings(search for new data or sth) and put the songs in in the correct format

You can also use F5 to skip songs^.

Hard to google?
Create a shortcut of the folder your music is in and place the shortcut in the User Tracks folder.
Go in-game, options, audio, user tracks, scan user tracks (something like that).
