1. Did this really need a topic? lal
2. You're not the first one to buy it. I'm quite sure someone else had bought it before, and no, it was not FiXeR.
3. When this property's location becomes known to everyone (which if it isn't already it will soon anyway), if you don't own it for at least 30 minutes (quite impossible) you will never get its cost money back, lose it instead.

1. When people find it, if you want to keep the property a secret you must /kill the moment you buy it or else someone will mark your blip on the map.
2. People who just tell other people the prop for a cheap ass price like 10mil, normally are the biggest dumb-asses the live, but are also making harder for the people they tell and for them self. Mainly because once the word of its location spreads, the more people that are there to buy it, leading to everyone knowing it then yeah. People will buy it off you before you make any profit. That's why it is a good idea to keep good property locations on the down low even from your "best friend" because he also likely has a "best friend" he wants to tell.
3. Face-palm topic is face-palm.
Hope these facts got to you people.
( I know they didn't )PS: FiXeR's prop is ripoff as fuck and not even worth trying to hold.
