Hi, I think it would be easier to have users able to modify their own "display names" meaning that, a user has a username ... can be anything, which they cannot modify. However, if screen names were enabled users would be able to change their own names without the need for 100 useless "Change my name pl0x0rz" posts in the account section and numerous PM's I assume estroe gets (from me ;o too)
So my questions are - Why is this not enabled? and Could we have it enabled?
If you visit SA-MP forums often, you'll know what I mean.

Talked about on IRC, DENIED.
To give you at least a bit of a reason: It's annoying for us(and others I suppose) if people constantly change names. It will lead to people trying to evade the gangrule(list of people who can't post).
Not to mention changing your name that much isn't needed, so for those few times you have to, you can just post.

Ahh, fair enough I guess. I just figured it'd be easier and less work .. seems not.
