Can't you see why this radio is failing? It was "successful" in the beginning because it was something new, and people enjoyed it, but now it's always the same thing and people got bored of it. If you really wanna revive it, come up with something new, like gameshows, for example, where you'd ask questions about whatever, and the first person to answer you ingame would win a certain amount of money. So do not just do simple regular broadcasting.
