Well im trn to finde a prob why my pc is laging like crap cant even load mp3 atm lol wtf is all this ?
CTRL + ALT + DELET , and do you get so mutch bussy pc ?

No offence, but I didn't really understand much.
From what I did understand, my answer is that, simply, you have too many programs running. Just close some crap that you don't need and aren't using.

yeh but thats the point i dont use eny of them LOL. The hell is "network service , local service , owner , user" and stuff like that lol

The PC aren't using much CPU or RAM, so there shouldn't be any problem with that.

See if there is someone in your family or at school who knows alot about computers and let him clean the biatch up...
Maybe that helps,
One tip, If you don't know about computers much you shouldn't delete stuff you don't know anything about.

I think u need to reinstall Windows...or do smth with processes (autodownload) msconfig...
And i have no Task Manager...
I have AnVir Task Bar...It's much better...

All those .exe's in the task manager is every program that is running in the background. 50% of it is probably necessary to windows and the other 50% is from programs that you have installed yourself.
Having 268mb of RAM left when only having 446mb to begin with is not bad.
