I noticed that now you have added the thing to stop VIP's muting player's when admin's/mod's are on ( which is a cool feature i might add ) a bug came to my attention the other day.
When i was playing LVP, no admin's or mod's were on, some fool was spraying Russian all over the dam place. So i decided i would /lang him, and explain to him in PM to use English blah blah ... but the message " You cannot mute when admin's or mod's are on " ( or something to that effect ) came up. So i thought " Hey that's cool " then i thought .. " Wait ... there's no admin's or mod's on -.- " I checked, and there wasn't, so i'm assuming that there was some undercover admin(s) on.
So maybe you could change that, so that it somehow doesn't show that. Or this would become a popular way to see if there are infact any undercovers on.
