Suggest [about city with snow] - Zezima - 07-19-2008
Hello lvp. I wana suggest you make a bridge in that city with snow. I just noticed other day that you can go there and walk in those streets well pritty mutch one little part of street..Then you fall down into water..I was wondering maybe you coud add some kind of bridge all around that city ? I woud really love to see all that city with snow..
And maybe do you know why san andreas creators didint finish that city ?

Thats Marco's Bistro, from GTA III. In GTA SA only that small part is used in a mission and cutscene.
There is not much to explore, since there isn't much copied. Hardly anything is solid, so it will take hours of time to make such an useless place a little bit solid.

It's really not worth it -- it's just another piece of road!
People will get bored too soon. Also arguably a waste of development time.
