I saw a good video tutorial for it. Basically you:
- Aim
- Fire
- quickly press crouch
- quickly aim and fire
- repeat above two steps
This makes you fire faster. But I can't fire much faster with it and I can't keep it going for long, nevermind actually hitting something or moving while using it.
