It's best Administrator of the year 2010, not best Administrator of 2010 that's still around. HaZe would fall into that too but I don't think he was that active during 2010, TEF was active though while he was on the server and an Admin.
And what do you consider "active" enough to get put on that list? Weezy-active?! He was infact hell of a lot more active than some of them on that list, and done a far better job too.
