i didnt like the gta 4 for a lot reasons. maybe the iv:mp will be at least an accepted game. also the single player in gta 4 had some problems.
gta 5, should be at least with the san andreas gamemode but best graphics and other things.
also another gta comming out in 2010 like:

I think a nice redo of Vice City would be amazing too, a new bigger city, with alot of the old places still intact, malibu etc, hell if Tommy V was still there and you could work with him that'd be just the best

It will be shangai or peking, it has all the same stuff those other big cities have...commercial places, urban spaces, old parts new parts, criminality, new rich people => everything they need to base their story on.

Maybe it could be like Godfather 2 game, where Aldo (the guy you play on the first one) is there with you, you're under him, then he dies. Could be the same story there. You could be someone under Tommy then Tommy ends up getting shot dead and you take over his place (but perhaps not the mansion, having that at the start of the game sounds insane).

Yeah that would be a good setting for GTA: V.
