As of now they haven't released any information about it except... "We’re very pleased with the direction it’s heading. We’re ever closer to nailing the fun and excitement of open-world multiplayer."

I won't post it here to avoid spoiling it for others but Rockstar have just revealed story spoilers. You can read it here.
Also: At 6pm GMT several Dutch publications will release their GTA V previews. The Guardian have released theirs with new screenshots.

Wonder if that rollercoaster in the background @ 0:43 is ridable
The fighter jet stuff looks win, hope they have some kinda fighter jet enforcement chasing you like in SA.
EDIT: Also, win @ the part where he dives out of the car as it rolls out of the plane, the map looks huge! It's bigger than SA, RDR AND IV combined apparently \o
