Set up a small scenario, lets say you're chasing someone, they get into a car and drive off, you get into a car and chase them, how are you going to kill him if you shoot 10 shots and get tossed out?
0.3c is leading to many complications regarding DB.

0.3c, you can use any weapon in a DB, as Jay showed in that image he is holding a minigun while in passenger.

I used to love doing that on MTA DM while in a stuntplane.
Although I was in the driver's / pilot's seat...but I think that applied to passengers too.

On MTA DM you couldn't use sniper or heatseeker because you had to have the scope on to fire, the ordinary DB mode didn't work. Don't know if it's the same with SA-MP 0.3c, though.
Heatseeking drivebys (or flybys?) would be fun though.
