First, you need a domain. Check out united-domains.com or other sites like that. If u bought one (or use a free website with a sublevel domain like .com.us or .net.ms or something), than you might upload your by your own via HTML & PHP created website with a FTP tool like FileZilla. Or you use a CMS (so you dont need to code nothing).
