Standers should be a lil higher Lol Actully see them ingame and vs them before you even do a (+) or (-)
Don't Just say Accepted into Trial and See them Ingame 1 once or twice a week, Then at end say accepted.Make them Proove there Loyal and there dedicated to Joining you. Some Noobs just go applying to like 3-4 gangs at same time hopfully they get accepted into one. Take Nj_Crothers for instance, he applyed for the Gang [SAF]+[HC4L] at same time as he applyed for [CF], I belive somone told you that he had done that But you still did'nt take actions
I Suggest Making [CF]Server. Or just Use ingame and Test All Skills Of every one Of your Members.
I'd be happy to test them If you Want. Keep a CheckList Of all Members that are In [CF], and i'll check them to see if there good. And if None turn Up, Move them To Inactive, and if you hav'nt Ever seen them Ingame Kick Then Out of [CF]

He's Been On Trial 8 days Now Should't it be 7?, You Need A Clan Manager to Look Over Forums/Your Forums and who Has Ultimatly the decision for somone to join [CF]
Don't appoint somone as Leader unless there loyal/Skilled
I'm Pretty sure Gut_Buster is Skilled Just Lame's a Little for Fun
Last Race, Skilled, Doesn't Lame alot, But Clan Managers Need Good Grammer, Not saying Mine is the best But you Need to Look Profesial As a Clan Manager It's a High Rank and Good way to Become Leader,
Jerome, Never Lames, Grammer is issue , Skills
It's a Cough Up between Them 3, I would Think this is the way for it to go

1. Gut_Buster, since me and lil_d are in the same timezone, we often play togheter, and i havn't seen Gut_Buster so much online during his trial period.
2. Yes Jerome is VERY active, atleast ingame, not in the forums though, that's something that easaly can be fixed lol.
