my vote goes defenatly to GTA Vice City it was a nice game with lot of funny people and nice missions and everytime i play it i feel happy it brings summer-feeligs to me xD

Although Rockstar didn't make sa-mp, they made the original game to which sa-mp is the modification.
Without San Andreas, sa-mp couldn't possibly exist- and sa-mp is still the same gta game imo.
But as I said, IMO:
VC for single player, SA (sa-mp) for multiplayer.

Im having second thoughts now, Vice city was a much funner game, ghey that you couldnt swim but missions were good.

You really had no reason to swim in VC. Except for ded.
I thin kplacing water there was a waste of time if you douln't swim in it, they could've at least added sharks in the water, or make a pool in some hotel you could swim in.
