Hey, you forgot the superior admin council which deliberates (whenever an appeal is posted) if the candidate is worth being taken into consideration. Then the decision goes through the management and THEN (last but not least) through the "illuminati management committee", of whom we, simple worthless admins, don't even know the name. No admin is allowed to know who's the real boss here, rumours say it might not even exhist.
