You have missed quite a few gangs from Grand Theft Auto II, one of the best GTA's out there and the first GTA to introduce gangs! Nab.

elmo was too stupid so loonies are def off. and that billy bob rooster or w/e had gay territory so basically Zaibatsu Corp. FTW xD
